The Martin Agency has hired four new employees. Verna Benito Andrews has been named project manager. She comes to the Richmond, Va., shop from Euro RSCG Life Interaction in New York, where she was an account manager. Marna Bales has been appointed broadcast production manager. Previously, Bales worked as operations manager at Create Studios in Carytown, Va. Sarah Burgess, account executive, comes to Martin from McCann-Erickson in London, where she held the same post. Megan Clarkson, account executive, arrives from Affiliated Computer Services in Atlanta, where she was a quality assurance analyst.
