Chuck Wehde, vice president and account group director at St. John & Partners, Jacksonville, joined the agency’s ownership group, which comprises Dan St. John, chief executive officer and chairman, and Robert Baker, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Steve Genario was appointed account executive at MediaPlus International, Fort Lauderdale.

The Weather Channel added three staffers to its Miami-based Latin American division: Isidro Gonzales, director of ad sales; Paola Prado, manager of affiliate relations; and Ana Paula Faisal, sales coordinator, affiliate relations.

Ellis & Diaz, Tampa, named Marla Feldman production manager.


Turner Reciprocal Advertising Corp., Atlanta, signed Marshall Orson as vice president and general manager.

Atlanta’s Pringle Dixon Pringle designated Caroline Hubbard public relations account executive. The agency also promoted Sheri Grippando to account supervisor for public relations and Amy Nolan to assistant account executive.

Melanie Moore, a graduate of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, signed with Phillips & Goot, Greenville, as graphic designer.


Gish, Sherwood & Friends, Nashville, hired Sherri Nagy as account executive in its public relations department. Nagy comes arrives from Opryland Hospitality & Attractions Group in Nashville. The shop also added Steven Napoli as assistant account executive in public relations.

Todd Wood joined Bohan Carden & Cherry, Nashville, as graphic designer.


The Meridian Group, Virginia Beach, enlisted Harry Hindmarsh as director of interactive communications. He will be responsible for assembling and programming Web sites and interactive multimedia CD-ROMs for the agency’s clients.
