David Krishock, vice president of global planning and business development at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, has left the agency to become president and chief executive of Suntory Water Group, a marketer of mineral water and sports drinks in Marietta, Ga. His duties will be handled by Peter Cullinane, Saatchi’s executive vice president, worldwide.
Horizon Media, New York, has promoted Amy D’Andrea to senior vice president, account management supervisor.
Cliff Freeman and Partners, New York, elevated Eric Silver to senior vice president, creative director from vice president, senior copywriter.
Jennifer Haynes was promoted to associate media director from media supervisor by Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, New York.
Grace & Rothschild, New York, hired Denise Lee Yohn as director of account planning. She had been vice president, group director of planning and research at Ammirati Puris Lintas, also New York.
Marianne LaNasa was appointed controller by The Wolf Group, Buffalo.
She comes from American Radio Systems, where she held a similar post. The agency also tapped Judy Lucas as a senior account manager.
Landor Associates in New York named Richard Ford executive creative director. Ford comes from the branding and design consultancy’s London office.
Jeff McKay Inc., New York, appointed William Paretti marketing director. He had been project director, strategic planning and research at Bates USA.
Jennifer Vale was tapped for the new post of senior vice president, direct marketing, by The Ad Council in New York. She comes from Grey Direct Marketing, where she was a vice president.
The Intuition Group in New York has hired Kimberly Annick as a partner, account director; Mary Gray as a copywriter; and Maura Sullivan as an art director.
Phyllis McDowell joins Smith Advertising in Syracuse as production manager. She comes from Automated Graphics, also in Syracuse.

NEW JERSEY
PRMC Advertising in Morristown has added Angela Alessi as a junior art director, Katherine Buck as an account executive and Jason Katz as executive assistant.
Harrison Wilson & Associates in Parsippany reported four promotions: Maryann Major was elevated to senior vice president, program planning and development at the shop’s Promeda medical education unit; Lu Ann Binda and Marcye White were both named vice president, group program supervisor at Promeda; and Suzanne Condon was tapped as an account supervisor.

PENNSYLVANIA
Earle Palmer Brown, Philadelphia, promoted Melanie Sullivan to media supervisor from senior media planner. The shop also added three staffers: Melissa Amy Brown as a media planner, Eric Fagin as an assistant media planner and Kelly Anderson Strayer as a media supervisor.

CONNECTICUT
John Eccleston was named partner, assistant general manager, at Earle Palmer Brown in Greenwich. ¸EPB also named Deborah Burns and Jim Hanrahan vice president.
ESPN, Bristol, has tapped Christine Driessen as executive vice president, chief financial officer.
