Greenberg Seronick O’Leary & Partners, Boston, named Susannah Graham new business coordinator and Dominique Farrell associate producer.
The Creative Group’s Boston office promoted Mike Fernando and Linda Hoffman to division directors at the Menlo Park, Calif., creative staffing service.
Miller/Shandwick Technologies promoted two Boston office executives each to senior vice president, stepping up the agency’s focus on interactive public relations and operations: Michael Spataro, who leads the agency’s interactive public relations initiatives, and Jane Merrill, who oversees human resources and operations. Promoted to the senior management team were vice presidents Barbara Rudolph, Jessen Wehrwein and Craig Librett.
Trinity Communications, Boston, hired seven associates: media specialist Lois Bell, interactive project director Celia Grant, account executives Venesa Weyrauch and Dan Sherman, traffic manager Lisa Nappi, designer Ryan Flanders and accounting staffer Amy Peterson.
Pamela Durr, Lauren Lupo and Alissa Dubrow joined Allen & Gerritsen, Watertown. Durr will serve as traffic manager, Lupo as marketing manager, and Dubrow as a senior art buyer. Durr and Lupo had worked as broadcast billing supervisor and account executive, respectively, at Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston. Dubrow had been employed by Arnold Communications, Boston, as an art buyer. Sydney Ann Bumpass joined A&G as director of media and marketing services after stints with agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and McCann-Erickson.
Sterling Hager, Watertown, named Sue Licciardi and Robert Collins directors of account services. Rob Lancaster and Jonathan Lucas each advanced to senior account executive. Rich Beyer and Marshall Reese each advanced to account executive. The shop also hired account manager Jennifer Gibson, senior account executive Jonathan Rucket, account executive Parry Headrick and account coordinator Meredith Ainbinder.

Glen Group in North Conway hired copywriter Marlies Ouwinga and Web site development specialist Christy Berry after acquiring Hedgehog Hill Interactive and increasing the Internet portion of the agency’s business. Ouwinga previously worked in public relations for Attitash Bear Peak.
Filias Advertising, Portsmouth, added media coordinator Meaghan Ellingwood and University of New Hampshire intern Kristie LaPierre. Ellingwood joins from Directech/ eMerge.

John Goodman was hired as vice president of public relations for Trainor Associates, Providence.

Perry had been communications director for congressman Robert Weygand and public information officer for the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General. Brelsford worked as a consultant. Kimberly Scott Weiss was hired as an account executive. She had been creative services account manager for Inc. magazine, Boston.

Andrea Reed was appointed manager of account services at RTP Advertising, Providence.
