Austin-based T3 (The Think Tank) has added art director Steve Chandler to its staff. Chandler previously was senior art director for TateAustin, where his primary account was Iomega. Account director Troy Walker has also joined T3 from Goldberg Moser O’Neill in
San Francisco.
Latitude in Dallas has recruited art director Ben Day and account executives Kim Denton and Kelli Pokluda from TLPartnership. All three worked on the Frito-Lay and PepsiCo accounts.
Amy Sorter has joined Gallier and Wittenberg in Dallas as head writer. Sorter brings to the agency a 15-year background in business journalism and corporate copywriting.
Stuart Bacon has named Tracy Sturrock assistant advertising account executive for the Fort Worth-based agency. Sturrock was previously a communications intern at the Fort Worth Independent School District. The agency has also named Richmond Williams as account executive. Williams was formerly a research analyst for Investments L.P.
EHR Design in San Antonio has added Janet Todd, formerly of DiBaggio Design, as traffic manager. The agency has also promoted Jennifer Jonas from production manager to designer.
DecisionQuest has hired Amanda Anderson and Olivia Ward as graphics consultants in the Dallas office. Anderson was formerly creative services manager at Sally Beauty Co.; Ward managed the Longhorn Art Gallery prior to her appointment.
Barry Dvoracek has joined Birch Telecom in Irving as marketing manager. Prior to his appointment at Birch, he served as senior account supervisor at GSD&M in Austin.
Gigi Cone will rejoin charlieuniformtango in Dallas as film editor in September. Cone has been freelancing for The Film Editors in London since last fall.

Shea Duet and Chip Landry have joined the staff of Zehnder Communications, New Orleans, as graphic designers. Duet previously worked at TMP Worldwide in Plano, Texas, and Landry was previously art director at Keating Magee in New Orleans. Zehnder also has named Toni Waltzer as office manager.
