NORTHERN CALIFORNIA The Montgomery Group in San Francisco promoted Jennifer L. Giambroni to senior account executive and Heather L. Hovey to assistant account executive. Goldberg Moser O'Neill has made several new hires: Charles Young, account planning coordinator; Blair Adamson, account supervisor; Julia Edson, Lisa Eschmeyer, Todd Jokl and Annette Witczak, account executives; and Kelli Dominy and Ray Tam, account coordinators. The San Francisco agency also promoted Heather Nichols to junior account planner and Julieana Wilson to print production manager. OREGON Amy Prouty has joined Fish Advertising in Portland as an account executive. Prouty previously worked as an account executive for Robley Marketing, also in Portland. The Mandala Agency in Bend has hired John Kiechle as a senior art director. Kiechle comes to the shop after 12 years at Euro RSCG DSW Partners in Salt Lake City. Robley Marketing in Portland added Roger Miller as an account supervisor. Wieden & Kennedy in Portland appointed Norman Shaffer group media director on its Nike account. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Scott Bramlett and Lee Harry joined the audio/visual department of Beverly Hills-based Seiniger Advertising as senior vice president, A/V, and senior vice president, A/V creative, respectively. Joe Herrera joined El Torito Restaurants in Irvine as senior vice president of marketing. Herrera previously served as vice president of marketing for El Pollo Loco restaurants, also in Irvine. Denica Gordon was promoted to director of public relations at Media Dimensions in San Diego. Gordon previously served as the company's market and research manager. John Krueger was named associate creative director at Asher & Partners in Los Angeles. Krueger previously worked as a freelance creative director and writer for many Los Angeles-area agencies. Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles in Torrance has made the following staff additions: Carolyn McDonald, interactive production artist; Natalie Taykalderanian and Amanda Senior, assistant media planners; Michelle Sterling, director of print traffic; Judy Atlas, traffic manager; Paula Dorsett, art services coordinator; and Stacey Peterson, assistant account executive. Laura Gaffney joined GreenLight Marketing & Communications in Newport Beach as an associate account executive. EchoLink Interactive, a San Diego-based Web design and promotions company, hired Stephen Haynes as an engineer and David Kramer as director of engineering. Kiner/Goodsell Advertising in Palm Desert hired Paul Mason as an art director. WASHINGTON Brenda Collons joined Hammerquist & Halverson in Seattle as an account supervisor. Collons most recently supervised the Westin Resort account for DDB Needham's Seattle office. JayRay Ads & PR in Seattle hired Scott Fero as creative director.
