Minnesota Lottery Evaluates Semifinalists

CHICAGO The Minnesota Lottery is reviewing proposals from six semifinalists in the review for its $7 million annual advertising account, according to officials with the state department.

Contending for the business are: incumbent The Foley Group in Minneapolis; independent Barkley Evergreen & Partners in Kansas City, Mo.; and Minneapolis agencies BBDO (owned by Omnicom) and Colle + McVoy (owned by MDC Partners), and independents Clarity Coverdale Fury and Initio Advertising, which is pitching with media shop Haworth Marketing and Media.
