Recruits Pollock From Ogilvy’s New York Flagship
ATLANTA–Wanting to maintain the creative momentum begun by former vice chairman and creative head Jim White, Long Haymes Carr chairman and chief executive Steve Zades last week recruited Mylene Pollock from Ogilvy & Mather in New York as his new chief creative officer.
White left LHC last June to assume the creative helm at Campbell Mithun Esty in Minneapolis. Frank Campion has served as interim creative director while Zades searched for White’s replacement.
Pollock will take center stage at one of the Southeast’s largest shops ($360 million in billings), directing creative output for an account list that includes BellSouth, Champion, Hanes, R.J.
