Los Angeles Korean tech marketer LG Electronics is in final negotiations to award its estimated $60 million consolidated European ad account to Havas’ Euro RSCG in London, sources said. The nonroster shop competed against three incumbents: Publicis’ Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, and WPP’s Young & Rubicam, according to sources.
