MINNEAPOLIS – Lawson Software, a software management company based here, is in the midst of a search for an advertising agency. Billings are estimated under $5 million. The incumbent is Colle & McVoy/Minneapolis. Lawson marketing manager Lexy Palanza said the company just finished hearing first -round pitches from eight agencies and will narrow to three finalists by year’s end. A decision is expected by the end of January.
