Labwerks in Ten United Fold

CHICAGO Ten United has acquired 7-year-old interactive agency Labwerks, according to the shop. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company, to be renamed Labwerks @ Ten United, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the $230 million independent Pittsburgh shop.

Former Labwerks president and CEO John Kuntz will head the 25-person unit as Ten United’s chief interactive officer. Clients include Dell, Anheuser-Busch and Jamaica Tourism.

“Our business is based on enabling our clients to own the moment of truth at every customer touch point,” said Ten United CEO Bill Binstock in a statement.
