KSR Absorbs Flywheel Branding

ATLANTA In a bid to boost its service offering, Kelley Swofford Roy said it has acquired Flywheel Branding.

Flywheel’s president, Adam Kustin, becomes president of KSR and has been given a partnership in the merged agency.

Kustin, 37, replaces Susan Kelley, who moves to chairman and chief executive officer. William Roy retains his title as senior partner.

KSR said it would eliminate the Flywheel name but retain the shop’s office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., giving KSR a third location in the state.
