The Boston agency employs NetScout’s corporate tag, “Because the network is the business,” and some unexpected humor in the seven-figure campaign now breaking in CIO, InfoWeek and other technology magazines.
The ads are designed “to create some personality,” said agency president Judy Habib. “This is a relationship sell, not a product sell.
