The Illinois Lottery has selected Danielle Ashley Communications to handle African American PR and media, the agency said. The Chicago independent said it bested one other finalist, independent E. Morris Communications, here. The two-year contract, with three optional year extensions, is worth a combined $5 million, Danielle Ashley said. Chicago independent R.J. Dale handles the Lottery’s $20 million ad account.
