Amorette Jones, one of the marketers behind the Blair Witch Project, is IDT Entertainment’s new executive vice president of marketing. Jones previously headed worldwide marketing at Artisan Pictures, where she also launched campaigns for Pi, Requiem for a Dream, The Limey and Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie. She reports to Neil Braun, president of the IDT’s feature films and television division. Jones was previously executive vice president of marketing at Loud Records/Steve Rifkind Co. and vice president of national field operations at MGM/UA.
