ATLANTA–Saatchi & Saatchi is expected to land global duties for Transition Optical’s unified $80 million ad account [Adweek, April 10], sources said. Other contenders for the business were Young & Rubicam, New York, and Euro RSCG Tatham, Chicago. Representatives of Saatchi & Saatchi in New York referred calls to the Pinellas Park, Fla.-based client, whose vice president of strategic marketing Fady Sahhar did not return calls by press time.
