Merrill Lynch Delays Choice in $70 Mil. Review
NEW YORK–Merrill Lynch last week postponed plans to select an agency for its estimated $70 million global ad account. Charles Mangano, the client’s first vice president, senior director of marketing, said Chase was “impressed” with the presentations of both D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and J.
