CHICAGO–Car-X Service Systems here has selected three finalists for its $3 million Chicago account. Scheduled to make presentations in mid-November are Grant/Jacoby, Jordan Tamraz Caruso and K&R/Marc, all Chicago, the company said. Incumbent Lois/EJL, Chicago, did not participate.
