DETROIT Campbell-Ewald and its CE Retail unit have named several new vice presidents.

Timothy Kenum has joined Warren, Mich.-based Campbell-Ewald, an Interpublic Group agency, as vice president and art supervisor. He is responsible for creating ads for the U. S. Postal Service, ConocoPhillips and Kaiser Permanente. Kenum previously worked at T.G. Madison in Atlanta.

Laurel McKinley and Matthew Vargo have joined Campbell-Ewald as vice presidents and account supervisors. The former is responsible for multicultural marketing, including strategic and creative coordination with general initiatives for the agency’s U.S.
