LOS ANGELES — Hershey Foods Corp. has begun contacting agencies for a review that will consolidate its estimated $100 million-plus media planning and buying account, sources said.

Currently, the Hershey, Pa.-based candy marketer splits media duties between WPP Group’s MindShare and Omnicom’s OMD, both New York, which are sister shops to Hershey creative agencies Ogilvy & Mather and DDB, both New York, respectively.
