The marketing people aren’t enthused about your agency’s work? Don’t take it personally. They’re not wild about their own work, either. Conducted by Austin-McGregor International, a





survey of senior-level marketing executives finds nearly half of them feeling restless to one degree or another. While only 6 percent say they’re actively seeking another job, 44 percent have sent their resumes to a recruiter in the past 12 months. It’s a good time to be looking, reports the Dallas-based executive search firm, as nearly half the respondents say they’ve received four or more job solicitations from employers or recruiters during the past 12 months.
