Georgia Puts 'Dreams in Motion'

ATLANTA After two decades as the state’s tagline, “Georgia on my mind” has been retired and is being replaced with the new slogan, “Put your dreams in motion.”

The state also enhanced its logo from a faint image of a peach to a colorful design with its leaves trailing behind it, as if it were in motion.

The changes are part of a new $6 million advertising campaign the state plans to launch this fall to attract businesses and tourists to Georgia.
