DALLAS GCG Advertising has formed a healthcare group to offer more specialized services to its nine health-related and pharmaceutical clients, the agency said. Shop vice president Neil Foster will temporarily head up the new division.

Foster said the decision to expand the shop’s core unit was the result of its tremendous growth in the last five years. “Over the last year especially, we’ve seen a big push with pharmaceutical companies,” he said. “In that natural progression, we felt it was important to separate and diversify our strategy and focus.”
