In a bid to provide more branded- entertainment, programming and broadcast- identity services to clients, Fort Franklin has opened Frank in Santa Monica, Calif. The outpost of the 4-year-old Boston independent, which claims $30 million in billings, is led by Chris Daniels, most recently vp of business development at Hispanic Internet portal YUPI/MSN, and Josh Greenberg, who has held production positions at Fox and MTV. Frank has no clients yet.
