Chris Goodman, a former managing partner at Y&R in charge of Accenture, is joining the consultanting firm as global director of integrated marketing communication, responsible for handling Accenture’s media, entertainment, electronics and telecommunications group. Goodman was let go from Y&R in January. Goodman jointly reports to Diego Visconti, the CEO of Accenture’s communications and high tech group, and to his former Y&R client, Jim Murphy, global managing director of marketing.
