Steven Casey, 43, last week rejoined FitzGerald Communications as president, a new position. Casey worked at the Omnicom-owned public relations agency from 1997-99 and left to take a marketing post with Iona Technologies in Waltham, Mass. He is now heir apparent to Maura FitzGerald, agency founder and CEO.
