Baltimore’s Eisner & Associates has awarded its 1997 public service initiative contract to the Child Abuse Prevention Center of Maryland (CAPC). The client will be merging with Parents Anonymous of Maryland later this summer.
The shop will offer its services to CAPC on a pro bono basis, valuing its support at $200,000 in time and resources.
The decision follows a rare occurrence–the agency issued a request for proposal for a public service client.
“Our objective was to concentrate our public service efforts in order to truly make a difference in the communities where our employees work,” said agency strategic planner David Blum. “We’re thrilled about the chance to help parents become better parents and strengthen family ties.”
The agency’s first work for CAPC is not expected until this fall.
