NEW YORK DoubleClick recorded its third consecutive profitable quarter on flat year-over-year revenue in Q3.

The online ad technology company reported after the market closed today a third-quarter net income of $6.3 million, or 4 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $62 million, or 46 cents per share, in the year-earlier period.
