Stocks ended the week higher, thanks mostly to early week gains. A drop in oil prices and strong earnings from Pepsi Co. and Cisco Systems sent stocks surging on Wednesday. But gains were tempered later as Pfizer posted a weaker-than-expected outlook and the annual trade deficit increased for the fourth straight year. For 2005, the deficit was more than $725 billion, a 17.5 percent gain over the previous year. Despite the late-week news, the Dow gained 125.75
