The Coca-Cola Co. has enlisted Grey Global Atlanta to create advertising to support a national promotion that it launched last week.

Sources said GGA, headed by Atlanta ad veteran Joel Babbit, and the New York office of Grey Global Group’s Alliance have teamed up to produce most of the advertising and promotional material supporting “Diet Coke with Lemon Celebrates 40 Years of the Improv.”

IPG became the Atlanta-based client’s exclusive creative partner on Coke Classic in December 2000.
