Coca-Cola has appointed Beatriz Perez CMO for North America, replacing Katie Bayne, who has been elevated to regional president, gm of sparkling beverages.
 
Perez (pictured) most recently served as svp of integrated marketing. In that role, she oversaw several media, interactive, entertainment and sports partnerships, including efforts involving Nascar, the PGA, the U.S. Olympic Committee, American Idol and the Academy Awards. In her new role, Perez will report to Joe Tripodi, chief marketing and commercial officer.
