Click Tactics Moves to Creaxion

Click Tactics has chosen Creaxion as its lead agency.

The company, a provider of direct response and interactive marketing services, shifted its account from The Mills Group here to crosstown rival Creaxion.

“They needed an agency that does business-to-business,” said Mark Pettit, president of Creaxion.

Annual billings are undisclosed.

Creaxion will handle Click’s media relations and assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. The campaign, to launch early next year, will center on communications, direct mail and interactive messages.

“Our biggest challenge is getting Click in front of the decision makers,” said Pettit.

Click Tactics, which recently received more than $20 million in venture capital funding, creates applications that assist small businesses in developing marketing campaigns.

The Atlanta company also maintains a library of accessible communications models developed by clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank of New York and Staples in Framingham, Mass.

“We like Creaxion’s public relations and marketing strength,”said Mark Seals, president of Click Tactics.
