CHICAGO Fallon is promoting Minneapolis general manager and director of account service Mike Buchner to chief operating officer of its worldwide operations in the wake of the departure of David Dabill, who is joining New York startup Toy, according to an agency representative.
In addition, the Publicis Groupe agency is bringing over Steve Waring, who had been chief financial officer of the agency’s London office, to head the shop’s global finances.
