CareFirst Taps Arnold for Fall Campaign

ATLANTA CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield has hired Havas’ Arnold for creative development and media chores following a review, the agency said.

Estimated billings are $2-4 million.

The incumbent for the past 10 years, independent Baltimore shop Trahan, Burden & Charles, did not defend. Joanne Davis Consulting in New York assisted in the review.

The first campaign from Arnold’s office in McLean, Va., is scheduled to launch this fall and will include television and print ads for the Washington and Baltimore markets.
