ATLANTA Bright Impact has opened an office in Dallas and is negotiating with two new clients there, the shop said.

Teri Hagedorn, director of business development for the independent Atlanta shop, has moved to Dallas to run the outpost. Hagedorn is looking for office space in the city and plans to hire several people by the end of the year.

The agency, which employs 12 people in Atlanta, provides research, planning, design, internal and external communications and creative services to a variety of business-to-business clients in technology, manufacturing, healthcare and professional services, including Earthlink Wireless, Per-Se Technologies, Georgia-Pacific and ChoicePoint.
