ATLANTA–Bombardier Flexjet has hired Boone/Oakley without a review. The Dallas-based client sells fractional ownerships in Bombardier-manufactured aircraft. B/O, in Charlotte, N.C. will create campaigns targeting first class fliers using print, outdoor and broadcast and direct mail. The budget is $23 million, according to representatives for the agency. Tracy Locke Partnership in Dallas had handled advertising.
