ATLANTA After a three-month review, Triumph Boats has hired The Republik to develop a new advertising campaign for the company, the shop said.

There was no incumbent. The Durham, N.C., company split with its previous shop, independent Russell & Herder of Minneapolis, more than a year ago.

The Republik, an independent Durham shop, is developing a new branding strategy for Triumph, including print ads, a redesigned logo and sales catalogs. The new work is scheduled to break early this summer and will promote the 2006 boat models.
