CHICAGO — Bcom3 Group posted net income of $26 million for 2001, compared with a net loss of almost $66 million for 2000, the company said on Tuesday.
The 2001 income includes $20 million in pre-tax and restructuring charges. The previous year?s loss included a nearly $72 million charge related to the merger of the Leo Group and the MacManus Group.

Worldwide revenue for 2001 was $1.9 billion, up 4.6 percent from 2000?s $1.8 billion, according to the filing.
