NEW YORK BBDO said it has hired Kirsten Flanik as a senior account director on its Mars business, effective immediately.
She will oversee efforts on brands such as M&Ms, Milky Way and Snickers Marathon. The client spends $90 million annually to advertise those brands, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
Flanik takes over from Rob Rawley, a senior account director, who continues to run the New York agency’s Diageo business (it handled the Guinness and Red Stripe brands).
