SAN ANTONIO – The Atkins Agency here beat out two West Coast shops for the estimated $700,000 account of Mexican tourist spot Huatulco. Atkins edged out J. Walter Thompson/L.A. and Elgin Syferd/DDB Needham, Seattle. Billings are expected to hit $2 million next year.
