Arnold Worldwide in New York has hired Kate Murphy as group creative director. Murphy, who will report to executive creative director John Staffen, will oversee creative for accounts including the Bermuda Department of Tourism, Hasbro, GlaxoSmithKline, McDonald’s and the U.S. Tennis Association, as well as work on the agency’s new business efforts. Murphy was most recently with McCann Erickson in New York, where she was a senior vice president, senior creative director and supervised creative for L’Oreal’s skin care brands.
