BOSTON Allen & Gerritsen, an independent striving to stay competitive in an increasingly complex and specialized marketplace, has launched two new areas of expertise.

Graham Nelson has joined the shop in Watertown, Mass., as vp, digital incubator, from Interpublic-owned DraftFCB’s West Coast operations, where he was a vp guiding CRM and related activities.

Separately, Chris Donnelly has joined A&G as managing director of brand promotions, leading efforts in experiential, partnership and field marketing. Donnelly for a decade has helmed Geiger Donnelly Marketing, which was recently acquired by NMA Entertainment & Marketing.
