Merkley Newman Harty Healthworks was hired to provide strategic-marketing and advertising services for Atlantic Health System. The New York-based shop is also slated to break a campaign for the client in the fourth quarter. Billings are undisclosed. Atlantic Health System, a Florham Park, N.J.-based nonprofit healthcare system, serves 11 counties in Northern and Cen tral New Jersey.
