SYDNEY – One of Australia’s first two pay TV operators, Hi-Vision, has asked several agencies to pitch for its $20-million account even before it has paid the federal government for its new license. Hi-Vision is understood to have short listed, among others, Lintas, DDB Needham, George Patterson and independent creative boutique Andromeda.
