Wired has commissioned artists to create Absolut ads to run in the magazine for about three years. Each concept has to meet with the approval of Absolut agency TBWA Chiat/Day and the client.
Recently, the New York ad sales staff of the magazine bugged Wired co-founder and creative director John Plunkett to give it a try, and he finally gave in.
The result: “Absolut Plunkett,” of course.
The ad (shown here) will appear in the May issue of Wired.
