LOS ANGELES Masterfoods USA is looking to consolidate its $350 million-plus U.S. media planning and buying account, the client confirmed.

“We are looking at consolidating our food, snack and pet care business,” said Masterfoods rep Michelle Weese. “The goal is driving increased effectiveness of our marketing investment.” She declined further comment on the search or its participants.

The food and beverage marketer will hear presentations in December and likely restrict its search to roster shops, sources said.
