LOS ANGELES Marie-Jose Forissier, Paris-based worldwide chairman of Interpublic Group’s Initiative and CEO of its operations in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, is leaving the company, IPG has confirmed.
Initiative global CEO Alec Gerster will absorb her duties.
“Marie-Jose has made tremendous contributions to Initiative over the years,” commented Michael Roth, chairman and CEO of IPG, in a statement. “We wish her well in her future endeavors and are working together to determine how best to tap into her considerable expertise going forward.”
