Two of IPG’s most prominent Hollywood PR agencies, Rogers & Cowan and PMK-BNC, will be merged into one entity. The yet-to-be-named company will support a roster of more than 500 prominent and influential actors, musicians, producers and athletes. Additionally, the combined firm has over 30 global brands to its credit.
