Publicis to Delist Shares On New York Stock Exchange

BOSTON Publicis Groupe last week said it would apply for voluntary delisting of its American Depositary Receipts from the New York Stock Exchange next week, with an effective date of Sept. 27. After delisting, the Paris-based holding company’s ADRs would be available for trading on the U.S. over-the-counter market. The company also filed papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission to terminate the domestic registration of its securities, which immediately suspends its U.S.
