CHICAGO Effen Vodka has awarded creative duties on its ad account to Havas’ Euro RSCG here and shifted media duties to sibling MPG, the shops confirmed.

The business had previously been with independent agency Cramer-Krasselt in Chicago. The move came after a review of undisclosed contenders.

“We turned to Euro RSCG in Chicago based on their innovative and provocative long-term approach to our business,” said Jon Deitelbaum, president and CEO of Effen parent Planet 10 Spirits, in a statement.
